Best digital concierge software for hotels in 2026

Seven tools that serve hotel guests with AI, compared on what each one publishes on its own website.

This guide compares seven tools hotels look at when they want a digital concierge: Estevano, HiJiffy, Canary Technologies, Duve, Akia, Asksuite and Mews. Estevano is our product and comes first. For the others, everything here comes from their own website, linked next to each entry with the date we checked it. When a website does not say something, the final table reads "Not published", not "No".

What to look at before you choose

Eight questions separate a tool that answers from one that runs the hotel:

  • Languages. How many, and where: in the chat, on the phone and in the team console.
  • Requests to the right department. Whether a request ends as an answer or reaches the right team as a task with a priority and a status.
  • Bookings. Whether guests can book a table, the spa or an experience inside the conversation.
  • Room service. Menu, opening hours and order status in front of the guest.
  • Voice. Whether it answers the hotel's phone or only written messages.
  • An app in your brand. Your logo and colours, or your own app in the stores.
  • PMS. Which one it connects to, and whether it reads from it or writes to it.
  • Pricing model. Whether it publishes prices and what unit it charges by.

Estevano

What it is. Estevano is an AI concierge for hotels. It looks after guests in their own language through the hotel's guest app, opened from a QR code in the room with nothing to download, and over the phone with Estevano Voice. Every request that needs a person reaches the right department as a ticket with a priority and a status.

Who it suits. Hotels and resorts that want in-stay requests carried out, not just answered, and want the app in their own brand. It runs in production at Santo Domingo Bay, in the Dominican Republic, with its own app on the App Store.

What it includes.

  • An AI chat in 6 languages in the guest app, replying in the language the guest writes in.
  • Room service with its menu and hours, and restaurant and spa bookings inside the chat.
  • A console for the team with tickets by department, priorities and alerts on their phones.
  • Estevano Voice for the phone, in up to 6 languages chosen by each hotel: an add-on in Essentials, with minutes included in Pro and Enterprise.
  • Confirmations and notices by WhatsApp and email. Guests who write to the hotel on WhatsApp get the link to the app to carry on there.
  • A read-only, revocable connection to Oracle OPERA Cloud via OHIP. Not on OPERA? Start without integration; for other PMSs, ask us.
  • Essentials, Pro and Enterprise plans, priced per room per month, with the figure set in each proposal. Enterprise gives the hotel its own app in the stores. See the plans.

HiJiffy

What it is. HiJiffy describes itself as a guest communications platform for hotels and hotel groups, with its own AI called Aplysia.

Who it suits. Groups and hotels that want one inbox for web chat, social media, WhatsApp, SMS, email and OTA messages, and an assistant that helps close the direct booking.

What it includes.

  • A booking assistant for the website and a virtual concierge that, according to its website, assigns in-stay requests to the right department, room service included.
  • Restaurant reservations and spa treatment bookings from the concierge.
  • Up to 132 languages depending on the plan, with 3 on the Basic plan.
  • It understands voice notes in its messaging channels. For phone calls, its website presents an integration with Bookline.ai, whose voice assistant answers them.
  • Check-in and upselling as add-ons on the Premium plan.
  • Published starting prices, based on the number of rooms, with Basic, Pro, Premium and Enterprise plans.

How we made this guide

Estevano is our product: what we say about it comes from what runs in production. For the others we only used their own website, checked on 14 October 2026, with no reviews or opinions. We review it every quarter. If you work at one of these vendors and something has changed, write to us at hello@estevano.com and we will fix it.

To compare by kind of tool rather than by brand, see the comparison; to see a live deployment, the Santo Domingo Bay case.

All seven in one table

The table below sums up each entry. "Not published" means the vendor's website did not say it on the day we checked, not that the product lacks it. Before you decide, ask each vendor about what matters to you.
