Do the Duve and Estevano apps carry the hotel's brand?
Yes. Duve applies the hotel's logo, fonts and colours to its web app, which guests open from a link or a QR code with no app store. Estevano brands the app by plan: logo and name on Essentials, brand and colours on Pro, and the hotel's own app in the stores on Enterprise.
Do Duve or Estevano answer phone calls?
Estevano does, with Estevano Voice, which answers the hotel's phone in up to 6 languages and gets requests done; it can be added to any plan. The Duve pages we checked do not mention answering calls: its AI agents reply over WhatsApp, SMS, email, in-app chat and Airbnb and Booking.com messages (checked on 14-oct-2026).
How much do Duve and Estevano cost?
Duve publishes a minimum package of 120 USD a month on Basic, 150 on Pro and 200 on Premium, with Enterprise on request. Estevano does not publish figures: Essentials, Pro and Enterprise are priced per room per month based on the size of the hotel, with the figure set in each proposal.
