At Estevano we use the essential technical storage needed to run the service and, only if you accept, Google Analytics cookies to count visits to the estevano.com website. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

1. Essential technical storage

To make the app work we use local browser storage (strictly necessary cookies and/or localStorage) for:

  • Keeping hoteliers and guests signed in.
  • Remembering the selected language preference.
  • Persisting the onboarding draft.
  • Remembering your choice about analytics cookies (key est-web-consent), so we do not ask again on every visit.

This storage is strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the user and, under Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI law, is exempt from prior consent.

2. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)

Only on the public estevano.com website, and only if you click "Accept", we use Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit the site, which pages they read and where they come from. They are not used in the hotel console or in the guest app. These are the cookies:

  • _ga: tells visitors apart anonymously. Lasts 2 years.
  • _ga_<ID>: keeps the session state. Lasts 2 years.

We have set them up to collect as little as possible: advertising and ad personalization are denied, Google Signals is off, there is no remarketing, the addresses sent carry no parameters (except campaign ones such as utm_source) and data is kept for 2 months. Google Analytics does not store your IP address.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, which processes the data on our behalf. Google may also process it in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Article 22.2 of the LSSI and Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).

3. How to accept, reject or change your mind

The first time you visit estevano.com we ask you with a notice that shows "Accept" and "Reject" at the same level. Nothing from Google loads until you accept. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page: if you withdraw it, we stop measuring and delete the _ga cookies from your browser.

4. Control in your browser

You can clear local storage and cookies from your browser settings at any time. If you do, you will need to sign in again, saved preferences will be lost and we will ask you about analytics cookies again.
