Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Estevano's SaaS service, a B2B platform for hotels. By signing up or using the service you accept these terms.

1. Service description

Estevano provides an AI concierge for hotels together with modules for tickets, restaurant bookings, spa, room service, hotel information and displays (guest app, staff console, in-room TV, QR).

2. Account creation and activation

Account creation and hotel activation are subject to verification and approval by Estevano. We may decline registrations that do not meet the service requirements.

3. Plans and billing

Plans are described at /plans, and pricing is agreed in each hotel's proposal and contract. Automated card billing will be introduced soon; meanwhile, activation is handled manually after agreement with the customer. Specific payment terms and duration are agreed individually.

4. Acceptable use

The customer agrees to use the service lawfully and not for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing purposes. Any attempt to compromise the service's security or availability is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

Estevano and its elements (software, design, brand, documentation) belong to their owner. The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use limited to the contract term. Content entered by the hotel remains the hotel's.

6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but at this stage we do not guarantee a contractual SLA. Maintenance windows and occasional outages may occur.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Estevano is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss outside its reasonable control, or decisions taken by the hotel based on the assistant's replies. Total aggregate liability is capped at the amount actually paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy. With respect to guest data, the hotel is the controller and Estevano is the processor.

9. Term and termination

The contract runs for the term agreed with each customer. Either party may terminate for material breach. Upon termination Estevano may suspend access and, after applicable legal periods, delete associated data.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be referred to the courts competent under applicable law.
