An AI concierge for hotels: it looks after guests in their own language through the hotel's app, with nothing to download, and over the phone with Estevano Voice.
Best for
Hotels and resorts that want every in-stay request to reach the right department as a ticket with a priority and a status, with room service and restaurant and spa bookings inside the chat.
Limitation
It does not bring in messages from social media or OTAs, and the only PMS it connects to is Oracle OPERA Cloud; on any other PMS you start without integration.

A guest communications platform for hotels and hotel groups, with an AI booking assistant and an AI virtual concierge.
Best for
Hotels and groups that want one inbox for web chat, social media, WhatsApp, SMS, email and OTA messages, with an assistant that helps close direct bookings.
Limitation
For phone calls, its website presents an integration with Bookline.ai, whose voice assistant answers them; WhatsApp comes with the Premium plan.

A guest management platform for hotels that covers arrival, stay and departure, with messaging, upsells and AI voice.
Best for
Hotels that want to digitise arrival and departure (mobile check-in, kiosk, mobile key and smart checkout) and sell extras through messaging that needs no app download.
