Which online check-in tools connect to Avalon PMS

Civitfun and STAY publish a connection with Avalon, and Estevano does not connect but can work alongside it.

If your hotel runs Avalon, the PMS made by Antfor, and you want online check-in, you need a tool that connects to your PMS. Civitfun publishes an Avalon integration for online check-in. STAY publishes another one so guests can log in to its app with their booking details. Estevano is our product and it does not connect to Avalon today. What we say about Civitfun and STAY comes from their own websites, checked on 2 Nov 2026, with the link next to it.

Civitfun runs online check-in connected to Avalon

Civitfun says its Avalon integration works in both directions and supports Avalon Cloud and Avalon On Premise. It names these things: the guest fills in their details by scanning a document, fixes anything that is wrong, and the change updates in Avalon. Guests can also pick a room, buy extras, pay the charges on their booking and sign the guest register.

The page does not say how often data refreshes or which exact fields are exchanged. Ask before you sign.

STAY uses Avalon data in its guest app

STAY says it uses the booking data stored in Avalon so guests can log in to its app. After check-in it can send personalised emails, with direct access to the app and a personal link for each guest. Its Avalon page talks about that access and about keeping data aligned between the two systems.

What Estevano does if you run Avalon

Estevano does not read from or write to Avalon. It does not handle legal check-in or the guest register either: that stays in your PMS, whatever tool you use during the stay.

What you can do is start without an integration. Reception adds the guest from the Estevano console and gives them a PIN. With that PIN they enter the hotel app and can talk to the concierge in their language, order room service, book the restaurant or spa and report a problem. Avalon keeps running reservations and billing.

If you want Avalon reservations to reach Estevano on their own, ask us. The only PMS connection we have today is Oracle OPERA Cloud.

Questions before you sign

Ask any vendor that says it connects to Avalon:

  • Does it work with my Avalon version, Cloud or On Premise?
  • Does it read or write in Avalon? If it writes, which fields does it change?
  • How often does data refresh?
  • Who pays for the connection, the hotel or the vendor? Do I need to ask Antfor for anything?
  • How do I cut the connection and what happens to the data it already holds?

To see how the PMS and Estevano split the work, read Estevano does not replace your PMS. For the types of check-in, read how to remove front desk queues, or try the demo.
